All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Europe

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60 within the UK.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

SACA Padel LTD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at general@sacapadel.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

  2. Contact the carrier directly.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at general@sacapadel.co.uk.

SACA Padel LTD is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
